Developed under Social, Life and Care Publishing, this project draws from years of clinical work in trauma, mental health, and human behaviour. It speaks to the unseen wounds carried by individuals shaped by childhood adversity, loss, and neglect.
Through a blend of therapeutic insight and raw reflection, the book creates space for healing, understanding, and recognition. It is written for those who have lived these experiences, and for practitioners, families, and communities who support them.
